Long before she became a mindfulness practitioner, life coach, or author, she was simply someone trying to make sense of life’s emotional storms. Like many of us, she has known what it feels like to carry invisible burdens like self-doubt, disappointment, unanswered questions, and the quiet weight of experiences that are difficult to put into words. Her journey towards healing wasn’t about finding quick answers; it was about learning, one gentle step at a time, to let go of what no longer belonged to her.

That journey eventually became “Blissful Souls”, a space created with the hope that others, too, could find comfort, clarity, and the courage to heal. As a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, Manisha’s work is rooted in a simple belief: healing is not about becoming a different person; it is about returning to the person you were before life convinced you to carry so much.

This belief found its way into her debut book, The Backpack Theory: A Practical Guide to Letting Go of Emotional Weight. Inspired by the familiar image of a backpack, the book explores the emotional baggage we unknowingly carry through life… fear, guilt, regret, unrealistic expectations, and limiting beliefs. Rather than offering perfect answers, it gently invites readers to pause, reflect, and ask themselves an important question: Is this still mine to carry?

For Manisha, writing this book was as much a personal journey as it was a creative one. Every chapter reflects lessons gathered not only through professional practice but through lived experience. Her hope is not to teach from a distance, but to walk alongside her readers with honesty, compassion, and quiet encouragement.

Reflecting on her publishing journey, Manisha describes it as one of gratitude and learning. As a first-time author, she found reassurance in the thoughtful guidance and encouragement of the team at TSL Publications. Their patience and belief in her manuscript made the process feel far less daunting and far more meaningful. Looking back, she remains thankful that an idea born from quiet reflection found a home with people who helped bring it to life with care.

Today, through her writing and the Blissful Souls growing community, Manisha continues to encourage people to live with greater awareness, compassion, and inner peace…. one gentle step at a time.
