Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TSL Press, we believe in transparency and clarity. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds or cancellations may or may not apply to our publishing services.

By purchasing any service from TSL Press, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Services

TSL Press provides digital and customized publishing services, including editing, design, formatting, distribution, and marketing assistance.

Due to the personalized and service-based nature of our work, most services begin shortly after payment confirmation.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to TSL Press are non-refundable

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Publishing packages

    • Editing and design services

    • ISBN allocation

    • Marketing and advertising services

Once work has started, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Author

  • Authors may request cancellation by emailing our support team

  • Cancellation requests do not qualify for a refund

  • Any completed or in-progress work remains payable

If cancellation occurs after partial service delivery, no refunds will be issued.

4. Service Modifications

  • Package upgrades are allowed by paying the price difference

  • Downgrades after payment are not permitted

  • Scope changes outside the selected package may incur additional charges

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made multiple times due to a technical error

  • The service was not initiated due to an internal processing issue

Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of payment and is subject to verification and approval by TSL Press.

6. Advertising & Marketing Spend

  • Complimentary ad management does not include ad spend

  • Paid advertising budgets once used are non-refundable

  • Ad performance is dependent on external platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.)

TSL Press is not responsible for losses related to ad performance.

7. Third-Party Platform Fees

Any fees charged by third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, payment gateways, etc.) are non-refundable and governed by their respective policies.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate service termination

  • All project data and services will be suspended until the dispute is resolved

  • TSL Press reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting documentation

9. Policy Updates

TSL Press reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
