Welcome to TSL Press. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and publishing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About TSL Press

TSL Press is a self-publishing services provider based in India. We offer paid publishing-related services such as editing, formatting, design, distribution, and marketing assistance. We are not a traditional publisher and do not acquire ownership rights over an author’s work.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have full legal rights to the content you submit

  • Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal restrictions

3. Scope of Services

  • Services are provided strictly as per the selected publishing package

  • Any additional service outside the package requires separate payment

  • Timelines are indicative and may vary based on revisions, approvals, or delays from the author

4. Author Responsibilities

The author agrees to:

  • Submit original, lawful, and plagiarism-free content

  • Provide manuscripts, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure all submitted material complies with Indian and international laws

TSL Press is not responsible for delays caused due to late submissions or approvals by the author.

5. Fees & Payments

  • All publishing fees are payable in advance

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned in writing

TSL Press reserves the right to pause or terminate services in case of non-payment.

6. No Guarantee of Sales or Success

While we provide professional publishing and marketing support:

  • We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, or revenue

  • Marketing performance depends on market demand, pricing, platform algorithms, and reader behavior

7. Copyright & Ownership

  • The author retains 100% copyright ownership of their work

  • TSL Press is granted a non-exclusive, limited license solely to perform agreed services

  • We do not claim ownership, publishing rights, or royalties

8. Royalties & Earnings

  • Authors receive 100% royalties, subject to third-party platform fees (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Royalty payouts are governed by the respective distribution platforms

  • TSL Press is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms

9. Content Restrictions

We do not accept or support content that includes:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or abusive material

  • Hate speech or explicit illegal content

  • Copyright infringement or plagiarized work

TSL Press reserves the right to reject or terminate services if such content is identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TSL Press’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Termination

TSL Press may terminate services if:

  • The author breaches these Terms

  • Payments are not made

  • Submitted content violates legal or ethical standards

Termination does not entitle the author to a refund.

12. Confidentiality

All manuscripts, personal details, and project-related communications are treated as confidential and handled securely.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
